End of Year Evaluation
May 27, 2008
Everyone must post an end of year evaluation about this class. (This is a part of your weekly participation grade and is worth 3 points! ) I am looking for constructive feedback to make the class better for next year. You must include these items in your evaluation:
1. What were your favorite projects this year? Why?
2. What projects didn’t you like? Why?
3. What new software, skills, websites did you learn about this year? (If you say you didn’t learn anything your participation grade will get lowered!!!!!!)
4. What constructive suggestions can you give me to improve the class for next year?
Thanks for a great year and I look forward to your feedback! MIss Bosch

I really liked the bible parable because you got to do a lot of handling with the cameras, computers, etc. I didn’t really like the photos of me projects because there are not enough websites or applications for the changing of the photos. I learned to make better videos and work with my team members. I think you should have a project for scratch.

I really enjoyed this year, and I hope that this class contious. This year I liked working in comic life, because I love making comics. I disliked working with the pics for so long. This year I learned the basics of working with alot of Mac programs. Next year I think it would be cool if the class made a web site. Thank you so much for teaching this class!

My favorite project this year was the parable project because I like acting and I like editing stuff.
I didn’t like the final project because it was not challenging and it was boring.
One thing I learned this year was how to use animoto.
Onething to make this class better is have more free time.

The end of the year picture collage was fun. I didn’t like the movie project but that was because of my partner. I learned how to edit a movie in imovie.

I enjoyed the parable movie project because we did everything ourselves. I didn’t like the portrait of me project because there wasn’t to many different ways to do the project. I learned about Scratch and how to use Animoto as well as lots of cool techniques in programs I’ve used before, such as splitting a clip in iMovie.
Have the projects be as creative as possible.

I really liked the parable movie project. It was so fun being silly with Gar and Raymond. I didnt like doing the bible verse movie because we’ve already done it in fifth grade and didn’t feel like i’d learned much else. I learned how to play around in iMovie and get really good at it! Maybe next year, have projects on different applications.

One of my favorite project this year was the “Multimedia Mashup” because we had more freedom to choose what we wanted to do. I also liked the “TurningPoint” project and using Animation Factory, lol. One of my least favorite projects is was the “group parable movie”, because my group did not always stay on task, and we did not do everything completely in line with each other. I learned more about how to use the Mac OS(r) and all of the applications on Mac like iMovie and Comic Life because I have a computer at home that runs Windows(r). I also learned about useful sites like Animoto. For next year, I do not have that many suggestions, except that there should be more projects than this year, meaning like add-on new projects every year, and more freedom to do certain things. I think it would benefit if the computers were not locked when you were explaining how to do things, so we can do them and you can see right on your little monitor if we are doing them right.
Also, is there a way I can get a disk with the folder, kyle take-home folder on my Desktop to take home and show my mom? Thanks
